Southern Oregon Sound Sweet Adelines International, a local a capella chorus, is an exciting, high-energy group led by dynamic and internationally recognized director Martha Segura. At present we are experiencing compelling growth as singers and performers and are welcoming new singers. This chorus, as combined with a sister chapter in Redding, competes as one chorus in competitions in our region which encompasses parts of Oregon, California, Nevada and Hawaii. We continue to improve vocal skills and, although many of us do not read music, wonderful digital teaching tools are available to us as we develop as a group. We have music in our repertoire ranging from Broadway to rock-n-roll and current favorites.

We borrow rehearsal space every Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Eastwood Baptist Church, 675 N. Keene Way in Medford. Our members come from all over the Valley, including members from Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, and the Upper Rogue. We love having visitors!

Also within our chorus we have a performing quartet, Passin' Notes.
